An Introduction

Hey! My name is Justin and I am a fourth year medical student at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. This April/May Ill be riding my bike across the country as a part of the Ride For World Health (R4WH). R4WH is a national, nonprofit organization which advocates for improvements in the quality and accessibility of global healthcare. Each year, by utilizing a  cross-country bike ride as a vehicle of communication, R4WH addresses this issue through political advocacy, fundraising and a Coast-to-Coast Lecture Series.

R4WH is such a powerful tool and I truly feel privileged to be a part of it.  A lot of change can be brought about in 3700 miles by a group of motivated and passionate individuals. I know this change will not only occur in the lives of the people we will meet along the way but also have an impact on how I practice medicine for the rest of my career. I can’t wait to hit the road this spring, I know it will be both a physical and emotional challenge but with the group of riders that has been assembled I’m confident it will be a huge success.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! No Chain!
